When purchasing an entry for the Geneva 20km by Genève Aéroport, we use a third-party ticketing platform called Njuko. On Njuko, we collect personal information, medical information, emergency contacts, t-shirt size, extra services purchased. Any financial information will be stored by Njuko alone.

We will use the information to contact you regarding your participation to the event you signed up for. We do not sell any of this contact information to third parties.

When registering with Njuko, we export the data and store it on an internal database.

Samaritains Genevois

We use the Samaritains Genevois, a third-party association, for the medical assistance of the Geneva 20km by Genève Aéroport. Prior to the event, we share your personal information, medical information and emergency contacts with our event medical assistance provider.

Marathon Photos

We use Marathon Photos, a third-party service to provide a photo service on the Geneva 20km by Genève Aéroport that you can buy after the event or download your race certificate.

We share the following information with Marathon Photos: Name, Email address, Bib number, Nationality, Time results, Ranking, Ranking in your category.

We use Typeform, a third-party online survey software, to obtain relevant feedback from 20KM of Geneva by Genève Aéroport participants after the event.
