Take flight with the 20km of Geneva by Genève Aéroport in 2018: participate in either the Solo, Duo or Trio race on Sunday the 7th of October!
Following a successful 1st edition in 2017, the 20km of Geneva by Genève Aéroport is back on the autumnal running calendar again in 2018. Thousands of runners will assemble on the Rive Droite in Geneva to take part in one of the three race formats on offer on October 7th.
Starting along the lake on the Quai du Mont-Blanc, runners will then turn left after 1km and run through the Place des Nations in front of the United Nations. Exiting the city centre they will discover the charming countryside with splendid views of snow capped mountains before plunging back towards the lake and finishing on the lakefront opposite the emblematic Jet d’Eau.
You can now register for the race format of your choice online, and benefit from the early-bird price point.
In 2018 the 20km Duo format can be adapted to better suit your team!
With the ability to choose from two different relay points you can split the Duo into the following two formats:
Option 1: 11.5km + 8.5km
Option 2: 5km + 15km
Run with a friend, colleague or family member and complete the full 20km as a Duo!
In addition to the Solo and Duo formats, you can now also take part as a team of three in the 20km Trio. Thanks to an additional relay point in Pregny-Chambésy, the 20km can be split into three relay legs of 5km, 6.5km and 8.5km respectively.
The 20km Trio is the perfect race format to take part in the event together with your friends, colleagues and family members whilst running the distance that suits you best.
